Gulf Coast Mac Down celebrates the rich history, diverse culture, warm hospitality, roaring food scene of the South, and timeless tradition of this beloved staple. This mac and cheese cookoff highlights chefs, pitmasters, restaurateurs, and connoisseurs. Get your tickets or bring your favorite team members and best mac and cheese recipe. Teams cook for the chance to win the Golden Noodle Award and claim bragging rights for the South's best mac and cheese. Ticket holders sample more than 20 mac and cheese entries to cast their people's choice votes.
This event is family and pet friendly with music, food vendors, games for the young and the young at heart, and LOADS of mac and cheese.
Presented by Spire Energy, Mac Down benefits The Cookery Project's Tackling Out of School Hunger Initiative.

Tickets include all the lagniappe fun, music, cake walks, and loads of mac and cheese. Vendors selling on S'mac Row may have separate sale items.
