For 400 ticket holders with 2 ounce sample each, a classic mac and cheese recipe in total would cost approximately $90 including:

192 ounces pasta – 12 boxes at 16 ounces each

48 tablespoons butter – 6 sticks of butter

6 cups of cheese 1 – 3 bags at 16 ounces each

12 cups of cheese 2 – 3 bags at 32 ounces each

6 cups heavy cream – 3 cartons at 16 ounces each

6 cups of milk – 1 half gallon carton
